I’ve had Quorn before and had no problem but recently had the fake chicken fillets. They tasted fine and I quite enjoyed them I won’t lie! But 3-4 hours later I developed a sever allergic reaction to them (they were the only new product in my diet that day). So much so that I was hospitalised, I had a really severe rash and my throat started to swell. I googled Quorn allergic reactions and chicken fillets and just add the vegetables, they are really high in protein (more so than meat I believe) but they have none of the fat.. So they are a very healthy alternative. You get two fillets in each packet (found in the chilled section of supermarkets) and each fillet measures about 6 inches or so in length..
